We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following fishing products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Fishing Hooks (due to sharpness/safety concerns)
- Jig Heads & Jigs (once removed from packaging)
- Frogs Lures & Hard Baits with opened packaging
- Cooking & Food Prep items (for hygiene reasons)
